We are paying for contamination of aquifers you name it we got it, pesticides herbicides biocides & leaks from an oil based life when you don't notice the forest being worked again clear of itself, when seas are over-fished with one-size-for-all nets, when mining slurries let loose in streams that rise to the porch or above, dead water can fool you till you get close.

Open roads & mud pushes livability out of the way, if you wonder why lowland cities flood,
well look at how many years it took to get to here from cutting off rain making canopy, from ridge line highways, from horses & other animals following their feet still not feeling danger from vehicles. Find an old map, go back far back to working forests, follow their deaths into the life of mudslide instability, the quick rise of big bathtub soup in the valleys, Oh what force coralling down by those gathering waters.

O for the root existence, radi radi radical root real. A downward filtering, Democratic drinking, laterally feeding rain more than worms thank you.

We create what we fear & the alert level is getting that high.
